Are you a customer-focused individual who has:
- Experience in the Education Industry
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an application support role or technical implementation role.
- Exposure to application level programming.
- Experience with SQL Server database and experience with SQL, stored procedures, and SQL Reporting services.
- The ability to interact with customers to schedule upgrades, and troubleshoot issues.
- Good technical knowledge of software architectures (multi-tier/.net/c++/SQL/web services) Windows OS and Windows OS security models.
- A high degree of analytical skills; able to complete methodical root cause analysis.
- Demonstrable success working in an environment driven by high standards for service and system delivery
- Strong knowledge of security standards and best practices.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours, some evenings, in order to accommodate PST deployment schedules.
- The ability to travel to client sites occasionally.
- Proven to be a 'people person' and proactively communicate across the company.
- The ability to relate complex technical problems to non-technical staff.
