Implementation Project Manager

Are you a customer-focused individual who has:
- Experience in the Education Industry
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a project manager or equivalent
- Managed multiple activities consistent with implementation schedules.
- Built rapport with the client staff while actively moving them towards independent operation.
- Incorporated new information, analyze issues, and made quick decisions on how to move the site forward to independent operation.
- An Understanding of the implementation processes, methods and deliverables.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, and ability to follow through until a process is complete.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours, some evenings, in order to accommodate deployment schedules.
- The ability to travel to client sites.
Requirements
- Implement company software in the education industry.
- Analyze user requirements, match technology needs to products.
- Recommend solutions and send specifications to software engineers for development and implementation.
- Use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Bootcamp, PowerSteering and issue/bug tracking tools such as JRA.
- Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Graphic Design or related field and one year of experience in project management of IT services including cross-functional teams.
